I need an urgent suggetion from all of u learned members. Pls. read my case carefully and suggest.
1. I worked in railway for 2 years and 6 month between 2007-2009. as a gr D employee. and applied for resignation due to family reasons.
2. My pran account was not opened till date. though my contribution and employer contribution was deposited in my PF Account
3. Now I have received a letter from railway that my resignation has not ben acccepted due to some dues pending against me. and I have to submit 1 month Notice pay and due electricity bill for acceptance of my resignation.
4. I appealed to them to adjust those amount from my pf account which was denied by them.
5. Now I wish to submit the due amount and get my resignation accepted
6. MY QUESTION IS THIS
*********1 CAN I GET/ WITHDRAW ALL MY PF AMOUNT NOW?
**********2. IF MY PRAN ACOUNT WAS NOT OPENED WHERE IS MY PF SAVINGS DEPOSITED?
