I am working as ECRC in South central railway. Few days back we received an office order that one of the ECRC staff to be put in the rooster of commercial clerk work, since there is a shortage of manpower. Which book of manual says that this can be done through office order of senior officer and though, if it is done it has to be made copy to the regional labour officer for his clearance. No information has been dissipated to us. We are very much upset with this office order. when one of our staff went and met the excecutive he denied of issuing such order. What could be done to clarify this catch 22 situation. Please guide us.
