Dear sir,
This is Pavan.S ,sir since my father got expired in 2012 and am getting recruited under compassionate grounds.
I completed my Diploma in EE and i was doing my BE 2nd year by that time my father passed away and later i discontinued BE so now am about to get job at railways.
So plz suggest me weather i should take study leave after joining to complete my BE engg or i should do Btech from Karnataka state open university.
Btech from Karnataka state open university is valid for further promotions in dept?
