Is there any rule to give financial benefits to the employees who are doing "ON CALL" duties after there regular duty of 8 hours

Sir, I am lab superintendent at central railway hospital kalyan. After my duty hours i am always kept as "ON CALL" for the blood testing of emergency patients for rest of the time. For example : in a day i do my 8 hours duty and after that i am kept "ON CALL" for the rest 16 hours.

i want to know that is there any rule to give extra benefits to the employees who are doing such type of duties......

And if there is any rule , may u provide me any letter or circular regarding this matter.
