I am working as Jr. Clerk since 19.07.11.
Now, a suitability test for the post of Sr Clerk has been notified for filling of 14 Vacancy i.e. UR =8, SC =4, ST=2 as per higher grade shortfalls vacancy.
In which I am on the seniority of 10th position in UR.
Sir let me know that what is the ratio to be called for filling the above vacancy i.e. 1:1 or 1:3. Because Personnel deptt. Has followed 1:1.
If any of the UR candidate has declare unsuitable after publishing of the Panel. Any rules regarding I can Chance for above promotion against those unsuitable candidate or not.
