Dear Sir,
I am working as a sr. clerk in RWP/Bela. earlier my cadre was in RCF/Kapoorthala and i came to Rail Wheel Plant Bela on option basis in May-2013. in RWP/Bela cadre for Sr. Clerk was closed in Jan-2015. Meanwhile in NOV-2014 advertisement for LDCE exam was published and in MAR-2015 exam was conducted in RCF/KXH for OS and i had applied and passed the exam. all the process has been performed through proper channel.
Now the problem is whether i am eligible to promote to OS as i have earlier cleared the departmental exam or not ? if i am eligible may please provide the similar case or Rly. Bd. letter regarding my case.
