I had worked overtime on various days but till now i hadn't received Overtime allowances for the duration as below:

18/11/2012 to 01/12/2012 4 Hours OT
02/12/2012 to 15/12/2012 11 Hours OT
13/01/2013 to 26/01/2013 7 Hours OT
27/01/2013 to 09/02/2013 6 Hours OT
10/02/2013 to 23/02/2013 14 Hours OT
24/02/2013 to 09/03/2013 11 Hours OT
07/04/2013 to 20/04/2013 18 Hours OT
19/05/2013 to 01/06/2013 7 Hours OT
02/06/2013 to 15/06/2013 18 Hours OT
16/06/2013 to 29/06/2013 7 Hours OT
28/07/2013 to 10/08/2013 14 Hours OT
22/09/2013 to 05/10/2013 4 Hours OT
06/10/2013 to 19/10/2013 18 Hours OT

which comes out to 181 Hours OT period. I am still unable to understand why delay is there in paying OT?
Please do the needful & help in release & payment of compensation of the OT periods done.
