R/Sir, Kindly guide me, shall I be eligible to get MACP of Rs.4600/- in July'2012 under the following circumstances:-
1) July'1991 - Appointed as Lab' B' Pay Rs.750/- ( now GP Rs.1800/-) inOrdnance Factory Bhusawal.
2) Jan'1995 - became LDC pay Rs.950/- ( now GP Rs.1900/-) throughDepartmental Exam.
3) July'1997 - became Stenographer-III Pay Rs.1200/- ( revised as Rs.4000/- in V CPC) {now GP Rs.2400/-} through Departmental exam.
4) July'2002 - Promoted as PA-II Pay Rs.5000/- ( now GP Rs.4200/-) throughregular promotion.
Sir, I shall be completing 10 years in PA (GP Rs.4200/-) in July'2012 without any promotion during July'2002 to July'2012.
Kindly guide me whether I shall be eligible to get the MACP in the next grade of Rs.4600/- in July'2012 or not, if not, then when I shall be eligible for getting MACP of Rs.4600/-
