I just want to Know the procedure, if a person wants to sell his food items in a running train. For Example any person wants to sale any food item in train no. 14010-Patalkot Express (Dep. from Delhi Sarai Rohila - 12.50 PMand Arr. at Mathura 15.22 PM). What are the formalities for doing such work in running rail.
I will be highly appreciated, if you could give me proper guidance.
