Sir,
i am senior in millwright cadre , however the administration transferred me from 15% incentive post to 7% incentive post i,e PCO department.Due to the transfer i am suffering monitory lose.Hence, is there is any procedure to rise my unwillingness to the transfer. Kindly advice how to get justice.
