sir my name Amol shende Goods guard raipur division SECR. i have applied for mutual transfer but it was cancelled by central railway stating reason that one is rrb and other is departmental. then we both challange it in cat but still no decision . now i have promoted from goods guard to sr. goods guard but my partner is on same post. i have to ask u that if cat result is in our favour and our mutual transfer permitted then my partner joined my place in 2800 GP and what about me wheither i joined his place in 4200 or 2800 GP.
1) IS THERE ANY PAY+ GP PROTECTION RULE
2)PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE RULES
*** CAN I REFUSE THE MUTUAL TRANSFER AFTER CAT DECISION.
