This is for your kind notice that My father Sh.E.R.Yakub retired on August' 1993 in Accounts Department WCR, DRM-Bhopal. After his retirement he was not availed Medical facilities. In July'2004 he was died. After his death my mother Smt.Helan Yakub received family Pension. After a along time my mother would like to avail Medical facilities.
In this regard, we wrote 2 letters address to Respected DRM (Medical), Habibganj, Bhopal on 15.07.15 & 15.09.15 regarding Medical facilities of deceased employee's wife. But no reply from concern Department.Bhopal.
Sir, Please give advise where and whom do I approach to apply for the retired railway employee's medical facilities.
Please expedite the reply.
