I was appointed as Section controller in the year October 1989 in the Grade 425 - 755 and was promoted in the year 1991 to 6500-10500 . In 2001, I was promoted in 7450 - 11500.Both the Grades 6500-10500 and 7450-11500 merged in 6th Pay Comission. I was given first MACP in 2008. Kindly let me know whether I am eligible for second MACP from October 2011as I got no upgradation since 1991 to 2008.
Thus I am completing 20 years from 1991 to 2011.
