Dear Sir,
I joined indian railways on date 13-09-2012.My designation is JE/DRG/APPRENTICE.My stipend during training period --8560+2800 including DA. and training period is 18 months.I want to know that is i able to get annual increment in stipend according to indian railways rules in july 2013 .Our account office said that the increment is only for permanent employee not for apprentice. Please give me answer and also letter regarding this by indian railways.
