HOER Violation

Khammam is commericially A class station.

Here 2 UTS counters are notified as Continous roster while other 2 UTS counters are notified as EI roster with 10 hours of work per day for 6 days a week. These counters are operated only during day time to cover peak traffic with split timings covering from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM & 14:00 PM to 19:00 PM along with additional PRS. 

As per HOER roster can be notified as EI when the period of inaction aggregates to 50 % or more. But SCR has failed to fulfill the main criteria and notified the roster as EI and exploiting the work force. When I asked about the same with RTI act, authorities have replied that roster has been fixed on basis of roster issued in 1990. And I have asked for the job analysis particulars. For the same they have replied that job analysis has not been done in last 4 years.

The counters notified as EI roster recieve heavy traffic as these are operated only during day time. not even 1% period of inaction will be recorded at these counters.

What shall I do fight against this exploitation ? Kindly advise my dear friends
