My self joined Indian Railway as Junior Control Clerk on 10.10.1990 in the scale 950-1400.
In the year 1993 promoted as Sr Control Clerk in the grade1200-2040.
Again in the year 1996 promoted as Head Control Clerk in the grade 1400-2300(5000-8000).
Again in the year 2002 promoted as OSII in the scale 5500-9000.
Appeared in the GDCE selection of Law Assistant and promoted as Law Assistant on 29.09.2004 in the scale 6500-10500.
In November 2006 promoted as Chief Law Assistant in the scale 7450-11000.
After sixth pay commission report law assistant and chief law assistant posts are merged and both of them granted 9300-34800 with G.P.4600/-.
As per RBE 100/2012 whether I will be eligible for any MACP in 2014 as I am completing 10 years of service in Chief Law Assistant.
Or due to merger of 5000-8000,5500-9000,6500-10500 in PB-2 as 9300-34800 I will be eligible for MACP from the year 2012 itself as on that date only my self completed 10 year service in 5500-9000 or I will be eligible for MACP from the year 2006 when myself completed 10 years service in 5000-8000 Hd Control Clerk as the grades of 5000-8000,5500-9000 and 6500-10500 merged in sixth pay commission.
