Sir,

I'm a trackman. It has been eleven month since I have joined in nf railway. Actually my problem is that my mate force me to do keyman's duty but I don't want to do Keyman's duty. Sir please help me what should I do?

But Keyman's duty is part of your job. You cant refuse it man. If you refuse he can report it which can result in punishments.

I know its part of my job but

I know its part of my job but if a senior trackman is available then its resposibility of them. Keyman is a promoted post. I can do it if keyman's post will be vacant. Here condition is not so. Keman and senior trackman both are already available here.

Trackman has to walk daily

Trackman has to walk daily along the track over a small section of some kilometer, attend regular maintenace of track like spiking, adjusting the track fittings etc. and minor repairs.
