I am working in GP 4200 and due for promotion in GP 4600 in the month of June 2013. Due to delay in official process a panel made for promotion in the month of September 2013. Meanwhile Board's order regarding restructuring came out. Now Personal department suspended the panel which was to be issued earlier. They tells that list will be issued in reference of Restuctring's orders.
Please clarify that my promotion benefits will be given from June 2013 as i was due for that or 01.11.2013.
