dear sir, my desig. is Tech-Gr-I, I have beem working for last 14 years at COMPUTER CELL/SRC Depot. and developed so many comp.programs like Coach History, Muster Roll, Stores,TL-Database. Coach History - generates Daily sick and stock position of coaches(holding 1400, daily movement 400 primarycoaches), alerts for IOH,POH,WHEEL/TROLLEY, PEST CONTROL and somany other reports and running successfully.
I am a Dip.Engineer,completed MCSE course , autocad,VisualBasic etc.with railway permission with my own cost.
Now I want to change my cadre to Equivalent Clerical Grade(Sr.Clerk)with bottom seniority. I know there is no such rule and the rules are made may be 100 years back according to circumstances of those days. Now the situation is completely changed.No of trains increased accordingly work load increased but there is no comp. operator posts in mega depots like SRC Chg.Depot.What ever developed so far that is with our own interest.
So I need experts suggestions regarding this matter.
