Dear Sir,
As per Indian Railway Code for the Engineering Department vide chapter I para 138
"The sub unit of a Division both in the open line and construction is called a Sub-Division"
Please advise as follows:
1. The ministerial staff posted in Assistant Divisional Engineer's offices comes under which category in HOER and what is the working time.
2. The ministerial staff are entitled to availed leave as Divisional offices i.e. 8 days CL and 2 days RH or 10 days CL like line/field offices.
3. The ministerial staff are granted half day CL or not while posting at Sub Divisional office (ADEN).
