I had appointed as Jr.Clerk in the year 1996, after completion of 12 years i got ACP in the year 2008. Right now I have completed 16 years. One of the SR.Clerk taken VRS. As I am Senior most Jr.Clerk. there was my turn for promotion but two nos. of medically decatagorised staff absorbed as Sr. clerk -1 against RRB quota(which was vacant since 5 years) and 1 against VRS of Sr.Clerk. I want to ask is it correct what administration has done with me?.Since 15 years I am in same post. Kindly advise me.
