Recruitment is done by Railway Recruitment Board(RRB). When vacancies arise RRB issues notification in major newspapers and Website. You can apply then. In the meantime get a preparation book and prepare well.

i have been recruited as je signal through je examination conducted by rrb mumbai. I have been granted nagpur division central railway. set pay scale + gp is 9300 + 4200.
now i have completed all formalities but yet not givin appointment. (formalities such as verification, medical, pran form, all other forms, cancelled checque etc.) when i am given Appointment, i will be in apprentice phase what will be my in hand income.
also Phase I at IRISET is starting from 29/01/14. Today i am going to request APO(W) to move my appointment fast so that i could be sent for the phaase I traning.
