  • Can be combined with Special Casual Leave(SCL) and with no other leave.
  • Can be granted for half day also.
  • Can be granted to any extend due at a time.
  • Sundays, Holidays, Restricted holidays, can be prefixed/suffixed to CL.
  • Can be taken even while on tour.

I am a Rly employee. Is calendar date rest necessary in HOER "C" Roster ,having 30hrs night between two dates.

i am an apprentice gr.III Technician appointed through rrb bilaspur. The training period of ( six month ) is prescribed.
Kindly inform that how many days of CL , APL And HAPL will be admissible during the apprentice piriod ?

Good evng sir please clarify me what types of leaves can avail Ministerial Staff at Divisions and Workshops.

Recently i was transferred from Divnl.Hospital to Workshop Hospital as Sr.Clerk

before i am availing 08days CL'S and 02 days RH's

now at workshop they are not allowing me to avail RH's please clarify the above if not possible how it will compensate.

Please clarify whether casual leave suffixed by an national holiday and then followed by an LAP is permitted or not, by which rule it is permitted or prohibited

 

There is no problem in combining NH with CL. But CL and LAP cant be converted. Rule 507 of INDIAN RAILWAY ESTABLISHMENT CODE says "Casual leave which is not recognised as leave under these rules shall not be combined with any other kind of leave admissible under these rules(LAP,LHAP etc.)."

please clarify that the Ministerial staff classified under which category? why the roster hrs are different for ministerial staff of Divisional (5days)and sub divisional(5and a half days)/unit offices(6days)? are they classified under same category or different?

Im a T.C. I went out of station leaving Headquarter On LAP from 22 Feb to 28 Feb and then in between I got a SCL letter on sports account from 26 Feb 2018. Then I directly joinned the SCL camp on 1 March 2018 the SCL letter was approved by Div. Sports Off. Can this LAP be combined with SCL in this situation where SCL is received from Railway Board on Sports Account.

Sir,I plan trip from December 27th ,2018 to 03 January,2019.i have 5 CLs. Can I take remaining 3 CLs from next year for jan 1 to 3,2019 .or definitely show one day gap..please tell me..my increment date July 1st.

I am working in nf division hospital katihar,sirI have been allotted type II quarter but due to some community problem i would like to surrender my quarter .I got to only allottment letter from iow I did not get any handover if I am surrendering my quarter I am eligible for HRA or not. If I am eligible for HRA please provide the rules.

Hello sir, I have some queries regarding leaves.

1)Is CL be extended while due in leave?What i mean is "For suppose, I have taken 3 days of CL with prior approval. But, due to some uncontrollable reasons, need to extend CL by 1 more day. Is it possible.?

2)Is leave Taken on APL be extended while due in leave?
