Fixation of Payment as per VIth pay commission.

Hello Sir,

I want to fix the revised pay according to the VIth pay commission. Details are as under

1) I was JEII on 01.01.2006 and basic payment was Rs.5600/- . I was promoted to JEI on dated 27.06.2006. I taken the benefit of promotion from my increment date which was 01.08.2006. My basic payment was fixed Rs.6025/-.

2) While calculating the basic salary to fix the payment according to 6th pay commission, the basic as on 01.01.2006 (Rs.5600/-) was taken into consideration and accordingly my basic payment was fixed at Rs. 15990/- in September 2008. 

3) I had requested to fix my basic payment from 01.08.2006 when my basic was Rs.6025/. But, did not considered.

4) No profit of my promotion from JEII to JEI was passed to me in 6th pay commission.

I am JE-II having basic 5750/- on dt 28.12.2005.I got my JE-I promotion on 29.12.2005,and take option for fixing my pay on my next increment on 1.3.2006.on Rs, 6200/- but  during fixation of 6 pay my basic was consider rs.6025 by administration without considering my option.. Now as per letter no. PC-VI /312 ,  RBE  no. 06/2013, PC-VI/2012/I/ RSRP dt.28.01.2013 option revision has granted , hence If I take option according to above letter how will my pay fixation will be done  and when will be my next increment, if I take option. please guide which will be beneficial.

 

ON the date of my promotion JEII & JEI are not merged because my promotion was on Dt 29.12.2005. before the implementation of 6th pay commission.According to  RBE 40/2012 issued under letter no PC-VI/2801 DT. 23.02.2012 railway board has prepond increments of those falling from feb to june.and letter 28/2009  under letter no. PC-VI/76 DT11.02.2009 option rule is valid for 6th pay commission .Now railway board issued another letter on dt.28.01.2013 i.e.RBE 06/2013 ,PC-VI/312, for option. hence my basic should fix by shifting my regular increment to 1.1.06 and then taking my option of promotion according to rule i.e.on Rs 6200/-.As my basic on 1.3.2006 was Rs.6200 after taking my option and regular increment.before imlementation of 6th pay commission.please reply for my arguments.

P m lonkar your demand is very jenune and if re-exercise your option then your pay will be fix according to the rbe no 40/2012.one incriment in pre revised pay on 01.01.2006 and then annual incriment 3% on july 2006 please reply as soon as and give your contect number thankyou.

I am not demanding to change my increment option .I have taken my option under rule1313(FR22(I) C-(I) under rly board letter no. (P @A) II/2003/PP-I DT.16.10.2003,which exits in 6th pay also.As my basic & my batch mate  basic was Rs.6200 on 1.03.2006.IF his same basic prepond to dt 1.1.2006 and fixation was done according to 6200.Then why my fixation was not done according to him because above option rule  to fix pay on next increment date is continue in 6th pay.Why administration is not giving me extra increment according to rly board letter dt28.01.2013 &  has not taken my option in to account .My increment date was 1st mar for ever during 5th pay.

     I have completed my B.E (CSE),, ON CG and I have pass GROUP-C exam, they offering post TECH iii ELECRTICAL /TRSO dept,, 

1) If comparing this post to ASM which one is better one for  promotion,

2) If i join ASM at how many years i will get promotion to gp-4200. and what is the procedures

3) If i join TECH iii what is procedures 

4) As a BE which on is best to me 

Pls sir give ur suggestion to this questions 

ASM can write exams for Section Controller or some Traffic Inspector or Safety Councillor posts. After becoming SM they can write exam for Group B officers. 

It is true that technical department has more opportunities in general.

SO WHO IS ELIGIBLE OPTION "COMMUTATION"
WHAIT IS COMMUTATION? AND HOW TO CALCULATE EMOLUMENTS?
MY FATHER IS ELIGIBLE OPTION "COMMUTATION" ?

Commutation is getting upto 40% of Basic pension for 15 years in one bulk amount on retirement. Normallly option has to be given at the time of retirement for this. VR cases are also eligible for commutation.

Emoluments are either last months pay + DA.

                                           I am working in SWR/Hubli on the post of Auditor & my mother is dependent to me (Our father is not alive & she is getting family pension @Rs.3500/-per month). Our home town is Lucknow and she had taken the facility of CGHS in Lucknow.
Now she shiftted with me In Hubli but here the CGHS facility is not available. Whether she can take the Railway medical facilty in Hubli or not. She has not surrendered the CGHS card because in future she can return to Lucknow. Please reply.

I have been selected (from Tech Gr-I) for JE (GP-4200) through 25% LDCE(mechanical) quota in diesel loco shed hubli SWR and i have to undergo training for a period of 1 year from 1st april-2013, as per vacancies i am eligible for Sr,Technician(MCM- GP-4200) against anticipated post which is clearing on 31st march 2013 against ST(schedule tribe) point. Sir  Before or during my training period should i be absorbed as Sr.Technician(MCM)  yes or not. if yes please  guide me and is there any establishment rule which supports.

will you give me some information in the following  query.

1. if one running staff  promoted to a non running post other than traffic will he gewt 30% pay element on fixation of pay?

2. if his tenure  in running category in the same grade pay will be taken into account for 30% selection of LDCE for APO

I have worked in 2 different Railways in and from my experience I can say it purely will depend on your luck. While the IREM has rule about giving 30%, many Railways quote provisions/circular for denying it in non-running categories.

As for eligibility to Group B again the rule doesnt mention experience in relevant category, but here again different Railways act differently.

Sir myself atul deokar i had been selected in western railway as je (work) in bhavnagar division but problem is that they send me the charectar certificate sign by executive magistrate and it will be issu after 30 day to me n my document varification date is 20th of may so there is so less time to.me for this document so.what shuld i do sir please help me n if i m fail to submit the charector certificat and indimnity bond on the date of verification then my recrutment will terminat? Sir plz.helpme

hi atul..dnt worry...
I recently done with document verification in mumbai division for je electrical.There are many candidate with incomplete document such as NOC, noncremilayer,service bond, Without Pan card etc.
So they have given time to submit the document and after submiting incomplete documnt DV process was complete.
so dnt worry they will not being to cancle our appointment for this reasone.you just need to attend the DV process on same day. They will told what to do..

Sir,kindly tell me the job profile of sse(telecom) and sse(signal)..is these tough job like electrical trd,track machine?...as i got sse electrical in trd construction i am confused which one should prefer sse telecom/signal or workshop at this time..i am an electronics and telecom graduate...

[2] On promotion I joined as SSE/Tele on 23/12/2005. In scale (7450 – 225 – 11500) S – 13    SSE/Tele.

[3] The date for the benefit of my promotional pay was decided from my next incremental date. ie Feb 2006.

      (I have the proof for that. Please see the file attached)

[4] Hence my basic pay in Dec 2005 was fixed Rs 8125 (bring into the slab).

                                                                                  In scale (7450–225–11500) S – 13    SSE/Tele.

[5] In Feb 2006 my basic pay was 8125 + 225 + 225 = Rs 8575.

[6] On the basis of the above the fixation of my pay in 6th PC :--

    from 1st Jan 2006  my basic pay = [ 9300 … 34800 + 4600 ]. ie Rs 15120 + 4600 = Rs 19720     

[7] Feb 2006, one increment [ref :-- Rly Bd order No;-- 40/2012].

                                                              Basic pay in Feb 2006 = Rs 15720 + 4600 = Rs 20320.

[8] July 2006, one increment (regular) :--                                     Rs 16330 + 4600 = Rs 20930.

[9] July 2007, one increment (regular) :--                                     Rs 16960 + 4600 = Rs 21560.
