Pay

1. I am promated as LP Gr-II with effect from 22/02/2008.

2. I had opted for my pay fixation asper rule no 5 & 6 of Estt.Rule No.- 103/2008.
3. The Estt. Rule No 103/2008 was got clearified and my pay was fixed as per Estt. Rule No 105/2012 where I had to lose my arrears on account 6ih P.C.
w.e f. 01.01.06 till the date of option exercised on second promotion.
4. I did not get any bemefit on 01.07.08.
5.My increment was due in Feb/2009 but i was granted my increment after 17th month w.e.f. 01.07.2009.
