Case of a Running staff (Motorman)C.Rly Division Mumbai

A motorman Demanded NH for 26 january Sr. Crew Controller Regretted the application saying that running staff is not eligible for NH since he is eligible for NHP. But at the same time the reply from APO for the RTI for the same states that NH can be sanctioned by the controlling sfaff.
