Fixation

Sir,

Actually i promoted from 2800 GP to 4200 GP on 02-08-2016 but administration did not allow me to opt 7CPC from my date of promotion and done my fixation from 01.01.2016 in 7CPC.

I want to get my Fixation from 02-08-2016 because i am taking less payment of about 2200.

7 pay commission recommends date of increment as Jan 1 & July 1 instead of uniform date july1 before.

Now the question is if i opt for fixation in new pay from 1.1.16, will I get increment on 1.7.16 or should i wait upto 1.1.17??

Got promotion from 22/02/08 & pay fixed as rule no. 5 of  RBE NO 103/2008 Which was clearified and pay fixed as per RBE NO 105/12 . But had to loose arrears on account of 6th CPC w.e.f. 1/1/06 till the dateof option exercised on 2nd promotion no benefit on 02/07/09.Such injustise was removed thro RBE NO 40/12 whose increament was due between jan/06  to june/06.Kindly clearify how the injustice for those whose increment was due between jan/09 and june/09 may be removed ? Because we get increment after 17th month i.e. on 01/07/2009.How to approach the managrment ? What RBE NO.

I AM SELECTED FOR THE INTERMITTENT JE/T (20%). I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE TRAINING PERIOD DURATION & WHAT WILL MY PAY DURING TRAINING.

If an employee gets promotion to the same grade pay involving assumption of higher responsibilities, between the 2nd  january of the year to the 30 june of the year, how to fix the pay? Since, the individual will be in the same grade pay before and after the promotion - 

a) whether the individual will get an increment for the promotion on the date of promotion with date of next increment on the 1st of july of the same year?    or
