6th Pay Commission
After 6th pay commission merged grade in Ticket checking cadare ic 5000-8000 and 5500-9000 now re designated as TTI/STI instead of CTTI II/DY CTI. This is some mistake done in pay commssion directorate.Previously 5000-8000 grade designated as STI/TTI and after 10 years only getting 5500-9000 CTTI II/Dy CTI. Now degraded the CTTI II /DyCTI as STI /TTI .So monitary loss as well as degraded the post.
I want to know the latest Railway Board's guidelines regarding the merger of JE(P.Way) and Sr. P.Way Supervisor.
Is there any chance to come out new pass rule as per 6th CPC from Rly Board for Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- ?
Nowadays CC s are doing all the works of ECRC. But they are paying low CCs. This is a clear anomaly of 6th Pay Commission. CCs should pay at least same as ECRC. All CCs please respond.
Sir I and my junior has been appointed on 20 august 1991 in the pay scale 1600-2660 on bombay central division on western railway .further my junior employee get transfered from bombay division to jaipur division of western railway on his own request (i.e on bottom seniority ) on 04.10.1993 subsequently i was promoted in the grade 2000-3200 as on 03.02.1994on bombay central division and my junior who was transfered from bombay division to jaipur division got promoted in grade 2000-3200 on 23.01.1995
i got increment on 01.02.95 @2060

Even after so many months of implementation of 6th Pay Commission no decision has been taken for the eligibility fist class/ 3AC pass. It seems that rules are still under consideration in Board office. Nobody knows how long it will be "under consideration". An apparent problem is that every 6500-10500 scale has not been 4600 grade pay in 6th CPC.
