- Instructions were issued vide Board’s letter No. E(W) 2008/PS 5-1/38 dated 06/01/2011 linking revised entitlement of Passes/PTOs to Grade Pay.
- The issue of reckoning of Running Allowance for the purpose of revised entitlement of Passes/PTOs was under consideration in Board’s office. After detailed examination, Board have decided to allot equivalent grade pay to running staff for the purpose of entitlement of Passes/PTOs, as in Annexure.
- The ultimate Pass entitlement will be as per Board’s letter No. E(W) 2008/PS 5-1/38 dated 06/01/2011.
- This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
- The receipt of the letter may be acknowledged.
