1. The instructions issued vide Board’s letter of even number dated 01.11.2010, In regard to retention of Railway accommodation at their previous place of posting by officers/staff on deputation to Railway PSUs have been reviewed by the Board.
2. In exercise of power to make reasonable relaxations in public interest for a class/group of employees, in all or existing provisions regarding house allotment/retention. The full Board have decided to allow retention of Railway accommodation by the Railway officers/staff at their previous place of posting upto 30.06.2014, on their deputation to CONCOR, CRlS,IRCON, IRCTC 1RF C, KRCL, MRVC , RVNL, RCIL, RITES, DFCCIL and RLDA.
3. The employees on deputation to IRCON and RITES will continue to be governed by the instructions contained at Para 4 of Board’s letter No.E(G) 2006 QR 1-14(A) dated 20.11.2006.
4 . This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
