Pay Fixation of Medically decategorized Running staff
I am working as sr.clerk at present in electrical(op)department.i was appointed as an ALP with pay in scale 3050-4590 on 21/02/2002. Later i was medically decategorised and fit in A3 and below. i was posted as junior clerk with pay in scale 4000-6000 on 25/04/2006.
I was promoted as sr.clerk with pay in scale 4500-7000 on 10/07/2008. please let me know with detailed statement what is the basic pay & GP to be as on 01/07/2012 after drawing annual increment in july 2012, if i opted for pay fixation from 01.01.2006. my basic pay on 01/01/2006 is Rs.3275. Also clarify that the annual increment will be given in February 2006 or April 2006 i.e. during the period between the date of decategorised and date of joining in alternative post as junior clerk.
Your pay on 01.01.2006 => Rs. 3275
Fixation in 6 CPC scale => 6940 + GP 1900 = 8840
On 25.04.06 as Jr. Clerk (by taking 30% pay element) => 8840 x 1.3 = 11500
On 01.07.07 (increment) => 11500 x 1.03 = 11850
On 01.07.08 (increment) => 11850 x 1.03 = 12210
On 10.07.2008 (promotion) => 12210 x 1.03 = 12580 + GP difference of 900 = 13480
On 01.07.09 (increment) => 13480 x 1.03 = 13890
The figure given is inclusive of GP 2800.
You can calculate like this to arrive at 01/7/2012.
As you didnt get increment on 1/7/2006 you are eligible for extra increment.
Am i not eligible for 2400 GP from 25/04/2006 as i was posted in scale of pay 4000-6000?

if any running staff have been sent for special medical and passed what will be their next PME due date? is it from their normal PME or special medical?
if any running staff have been sent for special refresher course and passed what will be their next refresher due date? is it from their normal refresher or special refresher?
if any running staff have been sent for promotional course and passed but not promoted what will be their next refresher due date? is it from their normal refresher or promotional course?
In the first two cases itis from the date of special PME/Refresher course. In case of promotion case it may not be the same.
Hi,Gd evening why can't u ask for Rs.4500-7000(RPS)scale after ur medical de-categorization, in ministerial category there is no scale is available after Rs.3050-4590(RPS).How u have accepted the scale of Rs.4000-6000(RPS).In terms of IREC 1310 ur pay to be protected,if such scale is not available it will be replaced by next higher scale in the absorbing cadre.
one of my friend is working as ALP-I and applied for mutual transfer with ALP-II. During the process of Mutual transfer he had completed more than 24 months as ALP-I. What will be his basic pay & grade pay in that division? i heard that he will be given same basic pay, lower grade pay & difference grade pay as PP till his promotion in that division. Is it right? Also clarify that Whether he will get increment or not at the time of his promotion in that division. Kindly Quote Establishment serial nos.
He will be given same pay and GP of ALP. Difference of GP will not be given. Regarding increment on promotion there are no specific orders.
To appear in general selection for the post of Loco inspector, the medical standard is A3 and experience is required minimum 75000 kms as independent Driver (Loco Pilot /Motorman).
If a Motorman ( Loco Pilot ) who has worked more than 75000 kms as independent Driver and then he is medical unfit due to heart attack and under gone angioplasty with one stent, He is given remark by medical board "Fit A3 and below, away form train working (including shunting duty) - Alternate job on medical ground". In such case whether that Motorman/ Loco Pilot will be eligible for posting of Loco Inspector?
Sir,i have promoted from Loco Pilot Goods (14420+4200) chief Loco Inspector, What would be my new Basic Pay?

R/Sir,I was working as STNC post at present in operating dept.Later i was working as Sr.ALP with pay scale 5200-20200 &2400 G.P in PME i was medically decategoriesd by CMS and give me fit in medical standard A-3 & beiow.Sr.DPO offered me STNC(2400 G.P) post,i refused the STNC post & requested to Sr.DPO for office clerk post through application but he did,t give me office clerk post & did,t give me any reply about my application.After few month i got pay fixation letter, in letter written according to your option pay is fixed.I did.t give any option for STNC post,they put me in hot water.I am not intrested in STNC post.Kindly give me your best opinion now what can i do? Thanks.
While accommodating medically decategorised staff a suitable post has to be given as far as possible. Here efforts are being made in that direction. However you can apply for the post you are interested in. It will be taken into consideration.
One Mr Suresh working as ALP-I is now Medically decategorised. now he is drawing GP 2400. In which GP he will be offered alternative employment and how his pay will be fixed. please quote the related RB circulars.
I was appointed Guard Goods in GP-2800 year 2008 after that i was medically decategorised in year 2011 and now I am working as HBC in GP- 4200. Screaning commity decided for the post of HBC. What is fixation of my Basic Pay. Please tell me the right proceadure of medically decategorised running staff.Department did not give me the benefit of difference of GP Rs.1400 from GP-2800 To 4200.
is spects allowed in periodical medical examination for a-2 std ??? pls any1 reply...
In Periodical Medical exam Specs is permitted, but not during initial medical for RRB recruits.
I am Anjan khutia working in Andal diesel shed as a JE(DSL/ELECT)in Asansol division of Eastern Railway since Feb. 2007. I have applied a own request applicationin 2009to honourable railway minister. Railway minister given letter to DRM of Asansol to consider his transfer. DRM of Asansol given letter to me that your transfer will be consider when staff situation is good in the year Feb. 2010. But on the same designation who is junior more than me his transfer request is consider in April 2014. My wife is doing services in private sector where I requested to placed me. I have also a son of one year. How can I do pl. help me.
