     I'm going to join as JE in Ponmalai, Trichy on 16.07.2012. I just want to know when i'll be eligible for bonus and what is the bonus amount for my grade and how many bonus is available in railways?

dear sir, I have joined in rlys as Tech-3 in  January 1995 and later on promoted as Tech-2 in May 2007 and Further promoted as Tech-1 in  May 1999. In 2007 July I  have selected as JE through  RRB/SC by taking N.O.C through proper channel and reported at ELS/LGD on 02/07/07. After 18 months training ,confirmation test conducted and posted in Els.

My basic as on 01/01/2006 is 5250/- and fixed as per 6th pay commission 12570/-, earlier my Increment due on May 2006. As on 1/7/*07 my basic is 13340/-.kindly clear my doubts that how would be my basic according to 6th P.C and am i eligible for Addl increment. and what is the Basic of mine as on 01/07/2012. kindly clarify my doubts as early as possible, thanking you sir,

At present i am working in govt. sector. and my basic pay is 10070 with gp of 2400. i got selected to CA. Will my basic pay will be protected while training period, stipend period.

i am selected as technician grade 3 as pay scale 5200-20200 gp1900. i want to know the training period of this post?and what stipend will i get during training period? what is the training period of tech grade 3 ? in S & T Department as ESM

I AM WORKING AS J.E.[SIGNAL] IN APPRENTICE PEROID IN ECR. MY ADVERTISEMENT WAS OF YEAR 2008. I HAD JOIN IN 2011.NOW, I AM UNDER TRAINING PEROID. 

BUT IN YEAR 2007 I HAD APPLIED FOR GOODS GUARD  IN ECR.NOW, I AM SELECTED AS GOODS GUARD AFTER   2 STAGE EXAM.

I WANT TO JOIN AS GUARD BECAUSE DUTY OF SIGNAL IS OF MUCH TENSION,AND 24 HOURS DUTY.

BUT MY BASIC PAY OF SIGNAL IS 9300 AND GRADE PAY IS 4200 RUPEES..

AND OF GUARD BASIC PAY IS 5200 AND GRADE PAY IS 2800 RUPES. 

I HAD SIGNED 5 YEARS BOND WITH ECR. BOND STATE SOMETHING LIKE  TO PAY BACK WHOLE STIPEND TAKEN DURING TRAINING PERIOD WITH 12.5% INTEREST IF I LEAVE JOB WITH IN 5 YEARS..

1]DO BOND IS SAME IN ALL RAILWAYS?

2]  WHAT PENALTY I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR GOING TO LOWER GRADE POST OF GOODS GUARD. IN THE SAME DIVISION AND ZONE .

3]  CAN AN OFFICER STOP ME FROM JOINING AS GUARD ON THE GROUND OF SHORTAGE OF STAFF IN SIGNAL DEPT.?

I BELONGS TO SCHEDUED CASTE CATEGORY. KINDLY NOTE THIS.
