Dear Sir,   I have applied

Dear Sir,

I have applied for mutual transfer  from Chennai to Bangalore; we both are bottom seniority  staff nurse and one  belong to SC and other  Gen category;

As per the Establishment rules cited in the site and previous court orders it is learnt that  mutual transfer is possible in our case  as we are recruited from open selection not by special recruitment drives;

How ever when we applied for the transfer from both ends it has come to a conclusion that it could not be processed further as we both not belonging to same category.

There for I kindly request you kindly clarify the things earliest as possible as we both desperately need transfer for family related issues,

also kindly advise us to how to proceed further and is there any  recent CAT views in this regard.

Thanking you,
