Sir, My father was OS Gr II,

Sir,

My father was OS Gr II, he expired 3 years back and at that time he was removed from service for un authorised absence after i went to CAT (after 3 years) CAT said my father's punishment should be quashed and consider as my father expired while still in service.

My question is he was having debt of 2 Lakhs in bank as loan.

now after 3 years i think they will deducting all the interest also.

Will the railway give interest for  all the retirement benefits of  these 3 years.

Unless the court expressly

Unless the court expressly says to pay the interest Railway wont give interest.
