My brother in law working at Jamalpur railway workshop in diesel shed as a mechanic has gone missing from job since 12-9-2013.

Please let me the procedure and things to be adopted for avoiding future problems in job or other financial benefits.

dear sir as i have been appointed as an ASM and have completed training from 02-04-2013 to 13-08-2013 at ZRTI chandausi and reported on 14-08-2013 then we have been asked to come on 26-08-2013 for line training. sir i want to know weather we will be paid for the period 14-08-2013 to 25-08-2013. is there any provision of waiting for order. sir plz replly

Dear SIR I was Promoted to

Dear SIR I was Promoted to the Post of Scton Controller in erst while scale of 5500-9000 on 03.01.06 & joined the post on 10.01.2006.Eventhough it is post with mandatory Training buth there was bno system in S.E.C.Railway to sent for Training to ZRTI fgor induction course of Controlllers Eventhough there was circular Existing to this effect from 2002.SUBSEQUENTLY i was promoted as Law assistant on 17.09.2006.It is worth mentionong that no Fixation was done on 10.01.2006 in consonace with FR1313.Again in the month of October 2006 my promotion was antidated at par with my juniors from MAR 2005 basically there was an error in promotion only upon my representation in APRIL 2006.After thge implmentation of pay Commission my contntion is that i may be fixed at par with Running catagory staff since i was physically working as Guard as on 01.01.2006.If fixation was done on that Day my pay would not have been reduced due to implementation of Pay Commission recomendations Moreover even after the direction of Hon'ble CAT/JBP CPO has rejected my Claim by passing a speaking order.Now still it is pending in Second Round of LitigationKindly let me know ur Views PLS

Unfortunately only dependants

Unfortunately only dependants of Railway employees are only eligible for medical facilities and as long as your father is alive other family members (except your spouse/children) will not be considered dependants.

Respected Sir/Madam,

My mother retired from Western railways, Dahod, Gujarat in August 2002.  We reside in Mumbai, it also comes under western railway jurisdiction. Our nearest railway hospital is Jagjivan Ram Hosp, Mumbai Central, .

My mother had requested for RELHS card, the same was issued but it seems some amount has to be paid at the time of retirement the same was not conveyed to her and during the same year we shifted to Mumbai.

Now my mother desires to deposit the amount in mumbai as the scheme is recently open.

Request your kind guidance whether she can pay the amount in mumbai and regularise the said RELHS card or she has to pay the amount in Dahod Gujarat from where she retired.

As she didnt pay the amount she has to join afresh. RELHS is open to join at present. She has to approach the Divisional HQ from where she retired.
