Normally results are

Normally results are published few months after by RRB. Expect 3-6 months. 

There are no cut-off marks for RRB exams. Simply candidates are ranked as per merit in each community.

You say you went to medical. Then what is your question? If you ask about passing medical you should have told if you have failed.
