Transfer needed to East Coast Zone from North Eastern Zone

I work in Kashipur, however my hometown is in Odisha. My daughters are living in Hyderabad and Dehradun respectively. As a fourth grade employee it is burdensome to maintain two houses and family on financial basis. My daughters are of marriageable age. My transfer to my hometown will be beneficial for seeking proposals for them. All these hardships in my personal circumstances necessitate this move.
