I'm Asst Loco Pilot in SR. On Feb 2nd my rest clear was on 17:15 hrs and the next 2 days (Feb 3 & 4) I was granted with 2 days Casual Leave. But after leave while I joined in duty, knew that Feb 2nd (rest cleared at 17:15 hrs) was also added in leave account. Is it the right procedure / rule regarding combination of rest day and leave? Please clarify
I request paternity leave to my incharge but he didn't accept my request due to a ladies employee already sanctioned maternity leave for 180 days , so what can I do sir please give me suggestions because after 180 days my paternity leave gone wasted ,
