Retirement Gratuity to employees appointed on and after date 01/01/2004.

As per the memorandum (No. 7/5/2012-P&PW(F)/B dated 26/08/2017) of department of pension and pensioners welfare, the retirement gratuity and death gratuity shall be applicable to those Civil Central Government employees who joined service on or after date 01.01.2004 and are covered by National Pension System. In this regard whether Railway board has issued any directions / instructions?

Family pension suddenly reduced - How to find out the reasons - Please help approach steps

Sir, Madam,
I am getting family pension on behalf off my husband death while in service; This is happending for last 25+ years. Starting from Jan 2016 suddenly they are posting Rs. 3500/- less than what I am getting in 2015 year.
I am not able to figure out the reasons when I checked with SBI bank. Can you please help how to find out the reasons, where to send my request, whom I need to approach for finding the reasons for sudden reduction of pension. Your help is highly appreciated, please guide me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Our panel list has been published before four months (30-09-2015) against E N NO SER/RRC/OM/01/2013.Till date I don't get any communication from rrc office or zonal office.Please tell me sir how much time required for posting.
