Weightage for Post Retirement Passes on Voluntrary retirement

Dear Sir,
I want to know that  I have taken Voluntrary retirement in August 2007 and I was appointed in the October 16,1985.  After adding the 5yrs of weightage  shall I eligible for 2 Set of Post complimentary passes.  I heard there is a new rules has come an employee has to complete the 25yrs of Service to get the two sets of pass. Kindly help in this regards, I am eligible for 1 set or 2 sets.  Pl inform me.

25 years service is needed for 2 sets of Post Retirement Complimentary Pass. This is not a new rule.

As for Voluntary retirement there is a provision for 5 years weightage for issue of PRC pass. But 6th Pay Commission in its report says that grant of weightage is dispensed with. Whether it applies to PRC Pass also, is something Board should clarify.
