Dear Sir,
I joined as ESM from RRB and passed the LDCexamination and become JE in signal and my qualification is Diploma in Electronics.I am interested in mutual transfer with direct RRB JE in signal and he is B.Tech in Electronics. Is it possible to have mutual transfer in JE ?
