Sir , in inter railway mutual transfer ,kindly clafiry these doubts.
1) Both employees are of same category, same post, same grade . Is both employee get seniority of each other or bottom seniority???
2) Both employees are of different category, same post , same grade. Is both employee get seniority of each other or bottom seniority???
3) One employee is promoted and one is direct ,same category , post and grade are same , both have qualification of the post.
Then this mutual case is possible Or not????
If yes kindly give reason or circular ....

Sir in inter railway mutual transfer case kindly clarify these doubts???
1) One employee in direct recuitment as SSE belongs to SC category while the other employee is also SSE belongs to UR category but promoted from JE after a period of 3 years.Both have qualification for direct recuitment for the post of SSE.Then this mutual transfer case is possible or not??????. If yes kindly give reason....
2)One employee is direct recruited as SSE belongs to SC category while the other employee is also SSE belongs to UR category but given LDCE exam and become JE to SSE.
Both have qualification for direct recruitment for the post of SSE. Then this mutual transfer case is possible or not???????

In both the cases mentioned above the second employee will get which post.
1) In the first case he become JE to SSE by a normal promotion, then he will get JE or SSE post???
2)In the second case he become JE to SSE by LDCE exam , then he will get JE or SSE post???
