One my Uncle who is physically handicapped an employee of NF Railway. Suddenly he is transferred to Lumding from Ghy which is troublesome for him, as he has no Son and only one daughter who is studying at Ghy.
No, I would like to know whether there is any Govt. Notification to make stay order regarding his transfer order in consideration of Physically Handicapped.
