Time limit to avail Compensatory casual leave for working on Weekly rest days and extra working hours
Please aware me about Compensatory rest for working on weakly rest days and for extra duty hours. I am working in Electrical general service as technician some times i am working in weakly rest days and extra working hours due man power shortage. For this i have not availed Compensatory rest during one month due to Ignorance. In charge of the depot also not supposed me to avail C.R and not found slot in this month to avail C.R due to man power shortage. So is there any possibility to avail C.R after one month that they are saying lapsation period for C.R.
At present I am working in a Diesel maintenance Shed, want to know the exact rest rules or CR vice rest day duty. Due acute crisis or requirement it is need to perform duty on weekly rest day. But no CR or Rest permitted to avail vice rest day duty. In this situation supervisors are continuing their continues duty one Months/ two months. So I want to know Rules in details of following:
1. Who or which category entitled to avail CR.
2. Supervisor category / Sr.SE are entitled to avail CR?
3. If un officially avail CR without attending in duty (i.e. signing in attendance register without performing duty) that is possible or allowable by authority and in legal?
4. How many days continuous duty is permitted?
