PLs Tell me is there any rule other than provision contained in General Code which stipulates that TA vouchers should be submitted within three months excluding the month of duty performed. IS Provision of General Code still in Existance after IREM & IREC has come in operation.Is there any estabhishment rule in this connection.After i joined Rlys i dont think i heave ever seen General Code..it is a dialatory tactics of Rly Admn to deny legitimate payments .cases are there even after timely submission of voucher TA is not paid.No delay condonation for arranging payment pls specify rules.
