Study leave criteria for group C SSE Mechanical is 5 years service excluding training.?.. I joined railway in July 2014 and posted in July 2015 ...but for Mtech program at IIT KGP sponsored by Railway Board I need study leave and I will get study leave from July 2020.. Why Training period is not counted in service? For direct officers this rule is rela xable.....
