Sir,
I am directly recruited JE on 24/06/2006.. promoted to SSE on 15/12/2011 and fixed with 3% & grad pay of 4600.... hence fixed at 15640. XYZ person recruited in direct quota as SSE in Feb-2012. and got stipend at rate of 17140 as per 6th cpc. Now my queries are
(1) From which date will i get stepping up i.e. from date of new recruitee or date of confirmation of new recruitee after training test & posting.
(2) how stepping up is calculated. will i be fixed at 17140 or higher with pay of junior.
(3) if i am given step up from feb-12 then will i get increment in july-12 or on july-13?
