RUNNING STAFF MEDICAL UNFIT
sir I am Sr asst loco pilot I am medical unfit c1 or below railways administration posting give me in commercial deportment as a retaring room attendant they given the letter can not reduce your grad pay and basic but force me u goto gain ful utilization as a attendant this post menace they reduce my rank
sir i can refuse this temporary post they not asked my willing unwilling
third they told me your lien should be mention your old unit kindly give me suggestion
ALTERNATIVE APPOINTMENT CANNOT BE REFUSED:
Dear Sanjay Srivatsava, as per RB's orders. a medically de-categorized employee cannot refuse the offer of alternative appointment, if the post offered is a suitable one as per rules. In this connection, Railway Board has issued a letter under No E (NG) I-96/RE 3/9 dated 11.12.2000 (RBE No. 213/2000).
Sir my uncle was working as sse. But he made medical unfit in all classes due to no vision. He is on medical board for 1year. He got salary for 4months. He had completed his lap leaves. For 8 months he didnt get salary due to lack of leaves.but he is on medical board having gm3 form also. After completion of medical board they didnt wrote salary for period of medical board. We asked them to write salary but they told we cannot write salary for medical board period because you are unfit in all class. Kindly suggest us is there any possible for getn salary of that 8months.
I am Sr.Loco Pilot(Goods) under SER/KGP, I am medically unfit for A1,A2 and A3 but Fit in B1 (Bee One) and below in a non-lucrative post with Hearing Aid. Now my question is what are the alternative suitable post for me? what does mean for "non-lucrative post with Hearing Aid"? What will be benefit on alternative post for me?
