Can any one help me please
There was an error in DOB & DOJ in my fathers records when it was computersised. He has informed lot of time to accounts team and they say not a problem you are getting extra service why worry.
he was supposed to retire in 2010, but he was not told to stop until 2013. One day suddenly they call my father and say you are continuing service very wrongly and stop coming. and he was given interim pension after 3 months. But now they call again for recovery saying he has to pay 27lakhs, and so far he has never received even a single rupee as retirement benefit.
As I believe it's mistake form railways too why should my dad pay the amount.
Can any one adivse me please
