My mother has resigned from the post of senior parcel Clerk. She joined on compensatory grounds in Jan 2006 and resignation accepted in Jan. 2017. Since then no amount has been paid to her on account of pf, gratuity, pension, leave amount. I want to know if anything is due to her or not...please guide me how to proceed further for final settlement of amount due to her, if any?
